Task 

Repetitive task of placing plastic flowers onto plates, various patterns, frequent personnel turnover. Need to enhance production capacity.

Solution

AH6 robot with vibration plate and vision system. Plastic flowers are loaded into a feeding bin, stretched, and sent to the vibration plate for positioning. The robot uses vision recognition to locate and grab the corresponding flower, and inserts it accurately into the tray.
